LHH is looking for a Senior Accountant to support our client on a temp to perm basis. This position is onsite in NYC. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. This position is onsite in NYC. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes
Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management
Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions
Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required
Strong technical skills
Previous experience preparing month-end financials
33-38 hourly
