We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join our team in the electrical manufacturing industry . The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves developing and implementing quality control processes, analyzing data to drive improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
  • Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
  • Work closely with engineering and production teams to resolve quality concerns and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Analyze quality data and generate reports to monitor and improve product quality.
  • Support product and process validations and participate in design and process reviews.
  • Conduct audits of suppliers and internal processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Maintain and update quality documentation, such as control plans, FMEAs, and work instructions.
  • Provide training to employees on quality standards and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in the electrical manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and industry regulations.
  • Proficiency in quality tools and techniques, such as Six Sigma, SPC, and FMEA.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with electrical components and systems.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in using quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma certification.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing practices.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards for electrical equipment (e.g., UL, CE, RoHS).
