Join our Quality Team as a Quality Specialist – HEDIS, focusing on chart retrieval and medical record reviews. Utilize your expertise in HEDIS measures to ensure accurate data collection and compliance with HIPAA standards. Collaborate with provider offices and use proprietary tools for gap closure and data gathering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieve and document medical records, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Conduct medical record abstraction using HEDIS knowledge.
• Collaborate with provider offices to verify and collect necessary information.
• Maintain productivity and support HEDIS operations through software tools.

Qualifications:

• RN/LPN with a degree in Nursing.
• 5 years of recent HEDIS experience.
• Strong knowledge of HEDIS measures and clinical practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience across multiple HEDIS seasons and clinical experience
