As part of their growth, we're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join their team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that align with this CPG brand and marketing strategies. This role will work across a variety of mediums, including packaging, catalogs, point of sale displays, eCommerce content and more. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Graphic Designer Responsibilities: Design and produce packaging that enhances the customer experience and drives sales Create layouts for product catalogs, brochures and other printed materials Develop engaging point of sale and point of display designs to support marketing initiatives Collaborate with the marketing and eCommerce teams to design content for online platforms, including product images, banners and digital ads Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity Manage production processes, ensuring that designs are executed accurately and meet quality standards Work with external vendors and printers to oversee the production of printed materials Stay up to date with industry trends and tools to continuously improve design capabilities Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns Graphic Designer Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a CPG or retail environment Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Experience with packaging design and print production processes Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including packaging, print and digital media Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and digital content design is a plus Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Strong communication and collaboration skills If you are a creative thinker with a passion for design, we encourage you to apply for this Graphic Designer position!
